Services

We provide landing page strategy, design, copywriting, development, analytics setup and related digital services. The exact scope of each project is determined by the selected package and the agreed project brief.

Project commencement

A project begins after payment has been received and the required information, assets and approvals have been provided by the client.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate information, brand assets, access credentials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required materials may extend the project timeline.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in its description. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Payment is required according to the terms shown at checkout. Work may be paused if payment or required information is outstanding.

Delivery

Final files, code or access instructions are delivered digitally after completion and approval of the project.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final approved deliverables. Unused concepts, working files, third-party assets and pre-existing tools remain the property of their respective owners unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee a specific level of traffic, revenue, conversion rate or commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
