Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital design, development, copywriting and related services provided by LandingCrafters Studio.

Cancellation before project kickoff

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before project kickoff, provided that no substantive design, copywriting, strategy or development work has commenced.

After work has commenced

Once design work, strategy, copywriting or development has commenced, purchases are strictly non-refundable because time and professional resources have been allocated to the project.

If you cancel after work has commenced, any completed or committed work remains chargeable.

EU and EEA right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain contracts.

By placing an order and expressly requesting that work begin during this period, you acknowledge that the service may commence before the withdrawal period expires. You further acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed or substantive work has commenced with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
